November 17, 5.5 p.m.) ■ Copenhagen, November 15. A number of German deserters have .formed flying divisions and are engaged in plundering Qernmn towns and railway stations. Thirty-six were arrested in Berlin. Three were shot and others condemned lo death. Tho Grand' Dukes of Suxc- Weimar, Baden, and Waldeck-Pyrmont endeavoured to bargain for terms of abdication, but the Soviets bluntly demanded unconditional abdication.
