RAROTONGA CELEBRATES
A MESSAGE FROM THE COOK The Resident Commissioner of tho Cook Islands has sent the following; message to the Prime Minister (Bight Hon. ■W. F. Sfassey): Great demonstration at the school. The , chief and people request me to convey sincere good Irishes and their joy at final victory and glorious pence. 1 The message came to New Zealand from Rarotonga, by wireless. The station at Rarotonfra is now in operation, and the Cook Isljmgs are thus in direct communication with the Dominion.
