Renter's correspondent at .lossy states that the Rumanian Government has sent an ultimatum to the German General voil Mackensen that all German troops must leave within twenty-four hows or lny down their arms. In the event of no reply being received Rumania, will use nil her forces to obtain the desired result.—Reuter.
