A<ldison (Minister for Reconstruction) announced that pivotnl men in industries would be brought back at tho earliest moment, 1 and then men with places awaiting them. Tho armies at Home and abroad would be demobilised in' equal numbers daily. Ho believed that _ tho process would be carried out rapidly. The Government had mado provision fof such unemployment as might occur. Exservice'men would be entitled to unemployment benefits for a'total of 2B weeks..
