LORD' NORTHCLIFFE'S WORK ENDED. (Rcc. November 13, 11.5 p.m.) London, November 12. Lord Noi'thcliffo has resigned his post as Minister of Propaganda, pointing.out that the armistice will necessitate the termination of enemy propaganda.
