PROCLAMATION BY PRESIDENT WILSON
(Reo. 'November 12, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, November 11. President Wilson has issued a formal proclamation announcing the armistice, in the course of which he says l"Everything for which America fought has been accomplished. Now our duty is to assist, by co-operation and friendly example, in the establishment just democracy throughout the worldi"—Aus.N.Z., Cal>le Assn.
