In view'of the Premier's negotiations with the Unionist- leaders (respecting the coalition policy and Mr. Bouar Law's forthcoming declaration of his y,iews to a meeting of the Unionist Party, it is noteworthy that the "Daily Express, which is in close touch with Mr. Bonar law, strongly appeals to the Premier remake his views ■known. The "Expires* says that while it believes that Mr. Lloyd George's reconstruction proposals will prove sound, it advises nobody to leap in the'dark. "It is up to the Premier to put his cards on the table.
