London, November 5. In (.lit) Ifouso of Commons Sir George Cave (Homo Secretary) stated that Germany had ratified the agreement for tlio excliungo of prisonoie,—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. (Rec. November 7, 0.5 a.m.) London, November 3. In the House of Commons Sir George Cave stated that Germany had abandoned the conditions regarding tho internment and deportation of Germans in China, which she attempted to add to the agreement covering tho exchange of prisoners.—Aus.-N.2S.
