Last nijjSit (lie brick wall of the Premier Motqr Gairago in John Street, which has a frcwtago of 50 feet, was blown clean away. Tho roof of B. White's workshop at tho- corner of Queen Street and Leonard Stre-pt collapsed into the big workshop. Thif} was due to a thick parapet being blown on to tho roof.
All tho horso stalls at tho ehow ground, fil in number, woro blown to pieces, and tho produce shed was shifted. Roports from tho country indicate that stacks have- been scattered, roofs torn off, and trees blown down. Cattle wero killed in many places.
