SEAMEN'S INTERDICT ON MR HENDERSON
REPRISALS BY DUBLIN LABOUR , ; CONGRESS. (Rec. November i; 7.15 p.m.) London, November 3. The Irish Trades Union Congress at Dublin passed n resolution excluding the Seamen's Union delegates as a protest against the latter's refusal to allow Mr. Arthur Henderson to attend the international congresses.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
[It was reported in a Press cablegram a few days ago that' the Seamen's Union had declined to allow Mr. Arthur Henderson to proceed to Paris to attend a Socialist Conference.]
