GENTLE SPRING?
November, and still tho southerly! Bleak, inhospitable squalls, and rain. Always rain. In the morning a blue sky, light clouds, and general sunshine. In tho afternoon a grey pall, a whipped .up sea, and the • chill wind from the southern snows. So it was on Sunday. And it was even so yesterday. The in.dications for to-day are for moderate to strong southerly winds, squally at, times, with changeable and showery conditions generally. An improvement may be expected shortly.
