THE NGAHEBE'S CARGO. Only one gang, inetead of four, wae obtained to work the cement cargo of the Ngahore yesterday, and as all work ceased at noon, the output was about 50 tons for the day. On Thursday, as reported yesterday, her hatches were not even takon oft. as no labour was available. Several hundred tons have yet to he unloaded, but it is hoped to dispatch the vessel for New Plymouth to-night. General cargo will be received till noon.

THE LABOUR MARKET. The promises of a whole day's work being done on the wharves yesterday., after bo much interruption during the week woro not realised, /or the momentous newß of the surrender o'f Turkey caused all work to stop at noon for the rest of Tho 'ip.y.
