UNDER MILITARY CONTROL. It is notified in Trentham Cr.mp order* that on and after November 1 the canteens in Trentham Camp will be adminlstercd by the military authorities. The provisional price lists,which will be posted up in the- canteens ore subject to. alterations without notice. Only goods of the best quality procurable will be supplied. All profits, over .working' expenses will be paid into caii.leen funds, which are returned to soldiers through their respective units. N'o cash will be. taken over tho counter...All. purchases' will be paid for by. uckets . obtainable inside the canteens, rickety can be procured' for the exact oniount of individual purchases or for my amount required. Trafficking in lickets isi forbidden. Before leaving camp soldiers can obtain payment for i'ny tickets m 'their possession;.- No , civilians will be supplied aV the canteen' txcejpt those employed in military duties in the camp, who must produce an order s'gncd with tho authority of the Camp Commandant. This does not prevent soldiers entertaining with refreshments jelatious and friends visiting the camp. All ranks are warned that it. is an offence to purchase goods for civilians.
