CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER
MOTOR-CAB DRIVER COMMITTED. FOR jTRIAL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, October 30. Arising out of the death of Adam Fort, who was knocked down by a motor-car some weeks ago v Martin Kiddle, a young man, the driver of the enr, has been committed to the Supreme Court at Hamilton for trjal on a charge of manslaughter in December.
