FURTHER REVELATIONS OF PLOTTING. , New York ; October 29. Count Minotto, who is interned in Germany, has revealed an alleged plot to return M. Caillaux to power to obtain a separate peace between Franco and Germany, and then bring about an alliance between France and Itnly and the Central Powers in a war against England and Russia. Count Minotto visited Count Luxburg, formor Minister for Argentine, in Buenos Aires in the summer of 1915, nnd acted as atjont between Luxburg and Cnillaux. The Minotto rcvelntions wore made to the American authorities. T.he evidence of Caillaux's complicity was given to the French Embassy, iiml will be used against .Caillnux at his coming trial for high treason. Miuotto is a son-in-law of Louis V.
