Tho proposal that New Zealand sheopownors should acknowledge their indebtedness to the British Navy and tho seamen of the mercatitilo murine by diverting to the Now Zealand sheoi>oivners' acknowledgment of debt of British Seamen's Fund their portion of the profits on any surplus wool which may later bo distributed by tho Imperial Government, is moving forward satisfactorily.
