O'Lcary appeared for the accused, and Acting-Sub-Inspector I Fmerson prosecuted. After the hear- ! ing of evidence accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail was allowed in the sum of £150, one surety of tiiat amount, or two of £75.
