INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS
The annual' meeting of the Wellington district branch of the New Zealand Institute of Architects was held on Friday evening. There was a good attendance of members. The report and balance-sheet wore adopted. The following officers , were elected:—President, Mr. John S. Swan; vice-presi-dent, Mr. W. Gray Young; committee, Messrs. D. M. Kean, J. M. Davrson, V. P. Haugliton (re-elected), H. T. Johns, A. James, C. A. Lawrence, and H. C. Luff; hon. treasurer, Mr. W. Fielding; district secretary, Mr. Francis H. Swan (ro-elected); hon. auditor, Mr. W. Beauchamp-Platts.
