TWO JOCKEYS INJURED. By Teicjraph—Press Association Christohurch, October 12. B. Lansrfown and J. Patterson, two jockeys, whilst training horses at lliccarton to-day, were both thrown to the ground and seriously injured. They vra-e taken to the Hospital. Lansdown is still unconscious and Patterson is semi-conscious. FOUND DEAD. Christchurch, October 12. David Clyde, a railway employee, residing at Stanley Street, Sydenham, was found dead by Die nock to ;i bedpost in his house to-dny. He had been compininiiig of hud health, and yesterday he stated that unless ■he improved his condition it would drive him out of his mind.
