(Ilodder and Stoughton), and - other notable new books will appear next week. Reviews of Mrs. Morilaunt's now story, "The Pendulum," "Interlude," by S. B. -M'ois, and other novels are held over until next week. An estate of 1300 acres has been purchased by tho British Government near Pembrey, Carmarthenshire, as a farm' colony for discharged men. . .
