Mrs.' Katherine Tynan writes oil "Songs in War Time," and George Sampson has a, -pleasant appreciation of Sir James Barrio's delicate .work as a playwright. B. -M'ois, and other novels are held over until next week. An estate of 1300 acres has been purchased by tho British Government near Pembrey, Carmarthenshire, as a farm' colony for discharged men. . .
