ANNUAL MEKTING OF .WELLINGTON OLUB. Tho annual general meeting of the Wellington Amateur Swimming Club, held in the Y.M.C.A., was presided over by Mr. G. Si Hill. Tho annual reiport stated that the past season had tteou a quiet one, and events had been confined to competitions for club cups and. junior race 3. There was every reason to believe that water polo would (bo extensively played during tho conning .season. The club membership was approximately 65, the considerable drop- ip. numbers being duo to the number of men who hfld joined up with the forces. It, was decided to make the Wuthio Cup competition open to all schools, not primary only as tit present, provided the children' competing were uffider tho age limit.
