RED CROSS "OUR DAY" FLAG DRIVE
An enthusiastic meeting of the above committee was held last evening, Mr. M. : A. Can- presiding. Favourable reports of the progress df this novel scheme were received, the committee being especially pleased with the success attending the drive so far as motor-cars are concernod. Owing to its being almost impossible to reach nil places by means of district committees, it was' decided to allow workers to canvas any place, .in Wellington where the Red Cross flag is not already in evidence. This will no doubt be appreciated by.a number of enthusiastic workers whoso operations have hitherto been confined to'limitcd areas.
