FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications aro for strong northcast to north-west winds, increasing cloudiness, and' rain probably following generally. Barometor has a falling tendency. Strong north-east winda have ruled, -with equally conditions and considerable rain north of East Capo and, Kawhia, and -warm and fair to cloudy weather has ruled elee■where.
