PUBLIC SERVANTS' SALARIES

At a meeting of the Otngo section of the Public Service Association the following motion was adopted.•—"This representative meeting of Dunedjn Public Servants, aware- of the failure of tho war bonus to combat the ever-in-creasing prices of commodities, and keenly alive to the hard struggle many married men arc having in financial matters, and considering that 75 per cent, of public servants receive only small salaries, requests an increase of at least 20 per cent, in salaries,"
