(3d.,'and £4 11s.' lid,, for rates duo for the years 1916 and 1917, on land in tho Wilford Settlement';,, which had been acquired by.,the Government. On December 22, ■ J 9.15, v Sharpe v, ; as granted by the Wellington Land-Board a permit to graze, and to occupy the house on tho land at a ■.venial■ of £190 per annum, subjec'; to six months' notice of determination.
