MINIATURE RIFLE SHOOTING
The Wellington East Miniature Rifle Club defeated a team of ten men from the Wellington South Club on Monday niglifc by 37 points—East's total, 676; South's total, _ 639. On 'Wednesday evening the Wellington East and Railways Miniature Rifle Clubs met on the railway range. East won by 10 points. The following are the scores:—East M.R.C. : Goldfinch, 70; Millington, 70; Gawith, 69; Neal (captain)',. 69; Smart, 68; M'Robbie, 68;. Spencer, 68; Staples, 67; Gray, 65; Osmond, (12; total, 676. ■ Railway M.R.C.: Treahy, 70; Muir, 69; Porteous, 68; Craig, 67; Lee, 67; Dayman, 67; Ewart (captain), 66; CJSok, 66; Wellings, 63; Watson, 63; total, 666.
