Messrs. Dalgety and Company, Limited, recort having held their weekly stock eale at Levin on Tuesday, when they oflered a small yarding of sheep. Tho principal sales effected were as follow:—Hoggets, 'Us. 10d. to 28s. 6d.r forward and empty ewes, 235. 4d.

The Wairarapa Farmers' Co-operative Association, Limited, Pahiatua, report on their weekly Bale held in the Farmers' Yards on September 24, as follows:—We had a good yarding of sheep and a small yarding of cattle. Bidding dragged on the sheep, most lines being passed '«, but we were successful in disposing of arac-tioa-lly the whole of our entries after the sale- privately. We quote: (10 pood ewe hoggetj, 335'.; 49 wcthor hoggets, 305..; 140 4 and 5-year ewes with lambs at foot, 365. 2d.; 251 wether hoaigets, 30a.; 80 wsther hoggets, 335.
