TENNIS
The aniMial meeting of the Wellington Lawn Tennis Club was. held last evening. Twenty members wero present. Mr. H. van Staveren presided over a very ienthusiastic meeting. The following officers wero elected:—President, air. 11. W. Brown; vico-presi-rjents, Messrs. J. D. Harper, I' , . Gracly, \V. Frnser, AV. van Staveren, H. J. Fcrnie; secretary and treasurer, Miss S. Rogers; association secretary, Miss •Jl. Rigs; committee, Misses Allman, Rigg, p. Messrs. Henderson., Howie, and Ecclcstone; auditor, Mr. A. 11. Coad, J'M.A.X.Z. Prizes won during tho season wern presented, and tin* proceedings closed with a vote of thanks to tho, chairman.
