ESCAPE AND RECAPTURE OF A SUSPECT. By Tolesraph.— Preei Association. Auckland, September 24. Five men accused of committing recent burglaries; and one charged with receiving, wore remanded till to-mor-row week. Patrick Gunn, one-of the five, escaped from the police station, but was recaptured after about an hour's chase, hiding under a house near the Domain.
