The annual report .of .the Wairarapa Farmers' Co-operative Association shows a, profit for the year amountinc to £24X65. which, with the balance brought forward from last year, leaves £52,551 for distribution. From this it is proposed to. pay a dividend of 8 per cent, free from income tax, a bonus of 3 per cent, on shareholders' purchases, a bonus to manage™ and heade of departments showing a profit, a bonus of 5 per cent, to employees, a rebate of 15 per, cent, on stock commissions, and a dividend of 6 per cent, on preference shares.

Tho open market discount rate for threo months' bills is 3* per cent., as compared with J} per cent, last week and 4 13-16 per cent, last year. Short loans aro quoted at 3J per cent., as against 35 per cent, last week and 4J cent, last year. OOLONIAI/ AND OTHER PRODUCE. Butter and Cheese.—Unchanged.
