AUSTRIAN MOVE TO OFFSET ALLIES' PLANS. (Reo. September 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, September 20. It is reported that Austria intends fo form BosniajHorzegoviua, into a provincial government under the AustroHungarinii Empire. It is understood tli.-ifc tho inovo is intended as an offset to the Allies' intentions to create a Jugo-Slav State.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
