RECRUITING IN IRELAND
(Rec. September 22, 5.5 p.m.) London, September 21. It is officially announced that the recruiting period in Ireland has been extended from October 1 to October 15. Should the reoruithfg campaign fail and conscription becomo necessary, the preliminary steps to enforce conscription can only be taken when Parliament is sitting.
