ALLIED PROPAGANDA ON THE WESTF4IN FRONT. (Rcc. September 23, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, September 20. A captured order issued by General von Hutior recounts how the Allies' propaganda is making headway amongst the German soldiers on the Western front. Von Huticr alludes to Lord Northcliffe as "a rascal." He points, ont that the Allied airmen, are constantly dropping leaflets into the trenches, and orders the men immediately to delivor such leaflets to higher officers.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
