The rer port shows that 67 classes were presented during the year, yielding 387 awards as follow:—78 elementary, 153 proficiency, 4 teachers and 9 instructors' certificates, 105 bronze medallions, 3 awards of merit. The total number of awards granted by the centre to'date is 1687. As a result of information received, it was resolved to communicate with the Dominion Boy Scouts' Headquarters regarding tho lost imposed for the Scouts' rescuer's badge,- and suggesting thp adoption of a test hiore l'ii line with that of the sooioty's proficiency examination,
