BRITISH ARMED BOARDER TORPEDOED
FIFTY-EIGHT MISSING. London, September 19. Tiie Admiralty reports on September 12 a German submarine torpedoed and sank a Britisli.armed boarding steamer. Eight officers and fifty men/including twenty-five of tlie mercantile crew, are missing—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.-Reuter.
