Every voter will bo ranged on ono side , or tho other. It is tho duty of every citizen, therefore, to examine tho facts dispassionately and como to a reasoned judgment. Is tho Liquor Traffic a necessity? Is it a help or a hindrance? Can it be relied on to assist ithe Nation in facing and solving tho great after-war problems? Will it help us to cloaror judgment? Will it make our nion elrongor to attack tho now conditions? Will it help' us to meet tho tremendous financial obligations which the War has accumulated? Can it bo relied on to assist in promoting a higher and stronger, and saner typo of national, life? Will it mnko us bottor citizens with a deoper fienso of what wo owo to each other? Will it help us to carry out tho dotormination that this country must be made n bolter country and worthy of tho supremo sacrifice mado by our boys and our men? If the Liquor Trade will do thie it should bo retained. If it will not it should bo abolished. Mako up your mind and act- accordingly. Tho Efficiency Board, carofully considered tho matter, took ovidonco from all sorts of witnesses, and decided unanimously that fhoro was only ono conclusion possible It recommended tho abolition nf tho Traffic.
