Competition was' very keon, and the prinoipal aales efleoted were as follow:—Wether hoggets, 275. 7d. to 303.; owe hogjrote, 285.; tnreo-ycar steers, £8 175.; four and fiveyear' forward bullocks, ;£l6 33.; twentymonth steers, £6. It; twenty-month heifers, £2 125.-6 d. to £4 15s.j two and a halfyear empty heifers, £5 65.; empty store COWB, £810s.; empty oows, £8 Is. •
