ONSLOW AFFAIRS
A meeting of tlio Onslow Borough Comicil was held last night, when there were- present: The Mayor (Mr. J. M. Dale), and Councillors J. C. Gardner, A. W. Palmer, A. B. Topp, C. Bowden, W. Apploton, P. F. Hodgson, A. E. flndd, and K. Hobbs. Messrs. John Nowton and Son, Ltd., applied for the consent of tlio council to removn at the firm's cost, the shed used by the Kaiwarra Fire Brigade to the opposite sido'of tho road, in order that a new office might bo erected on the site. The application was granted. On tho motion of Councillor Appleton, it was decided to ask tho Railway Department to alter the running of the last train from town for Johnsonville from 9.45 p.m. on Saturdays to 10.20 p.m.
