ARGENTINE PACKERS' CONTRACT TENDERS, (itec. September 18, 7.30 p.m.) London, September 17. The Argentine meat packers, in 'heir tenders for tlio new Government contracts, ask 13s. per dozen for 120/ i. tins, as compared with 10s. 9d. for the laßt contract, on liie ground of the increased cost of cattle.
