The exceedingly boisterous weather, yesterday militated against large attendances at the exhibition of pictures, cartoons, prints, etc., T>y French sol-dier-artists in aid of a fund for the relief and training of those French soldiers who have been blinded in battle. Tho collection is a striking one that no one with any pretence at a knowledge of art should miss, and that knowledge will bo mightily increased by a study of tho forceful methods of such masters of line as Raemaekers, Steinlcn, Bellec'oart and other great cartoonists.
