THE COAL TROUBLE
TERMS OF SETTLEMENT NOT YET ANNOUNCED.
No announcement of the terms of the settlement of the coal trouble arrived at by tho conferenco last week has yet been made public. The arrangement is that the terms shall be kopt confidential until tho delegates have' had an opportunity of laying the offer by the mineowners • before the unions. It is probable that they will have done this by the end of this wepfc, and the announcement may then be made.
