'The J.'aclier svnaleu ol All'. Dooiie is quite an admirable pcnoniiauce. W itnout any strain lor tueairieal effect, the .sage and sympathetic eld priest moves serenely through a quiet hut compelling character. There was all tne fraiity of age in ilr. Doolie's appealing singing ol' "An Oldfashioned Mother," wliich whs quite in accord'with tlie character. Miss Edna Keeley was wi'tllin the frame of tho picture as Helen Durkin, and Miss Ethel Bssltford was particularly good as tho high-strung Agnes Cassidy. A notably able bit of character work was Mr. Tom fiuckloy as Michael Sullivan, an old Irish servant, with a pretty gift for repartee, aud a brogue that Boucicault himself would not cavil at. Mr. Jack, C. Deeney was I rank Doughorty (a young attorney), Mr. Geo. Hewlett figured as , Dr. Cassidy, and Mr. Onslow Edgeworth was Dr. Edward Walsh. Miss Etliol Crist was broadly comical as Kathoruie Corrigan. The play was well mounted. "Tlie Parish Priest" will l*e ph-V™ again to-night, and 10-morrow "Ihe Bold >Sojer Boy" will be staged.
