FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for westorly winds, strong to gale, squally unsettled .weather, with rain following goneraliy. Bnromoter fall, but rising shortly in the south. Atmospheric presimro has decroased Bteaoily in tho south, and northerly and westerly winds, strong to galo, havo ruled, especially in and southward of Cook Strait.
