VLADIVOSTOK-SAMARA RAILWAY IN ALLIED HANDS, GERMANS TRY TO SEPARATE ENTENTE TROOPS v . London, September 13. The whole of the trans-Siberian railway, from Vladivostok to Samara, is now in our hands, and the process of dispersing tho Red Guards in the neighbourhood of Chita is being continued satisfactorily. There has been considerable fighting in the neighbourhood of Ekaterinberg, where it i 6 reported that Troisky personally commands •th» Bolsheviki, assisted by German officers. _ The Czechs, when they captured Riazan, secured a large amount of bullion which was being transferred by the Bolsheviki from Potrograd to Moscow for greater security. Further south there is evidence of a concentration of Germans under von Eichhorn, tho intention apparently being to capture Tsaritsin, 'with Ibe object of separating the pro-Elite m troops in the north from those ope ting between tho Volga' and tlie.U.ncasns, and so obtain control of .ti* western shores of the Caspian Sea. Cablo ' Assn.Reuter. FRENCH GENERAL TO COMMAND THE CZECHOSLOVAK ARMY. ( (Rec. September-15, 11 p.m.) Washington, September IS. Major-General Janin, of the Frenoh Army, has arrived from France.
