The New York "Times" Washington correspondent states that diplomatic advices say that all tho clergy in the Bohemian dioceses have unanimously approved tho declaration of the Czech deputies, favouring tho establishment ' of a united, independent Czech-Slovak nation. This action has caused a sensation in Austro-Hungary .-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
