Sir,-'I would like to 6iibmit for the consideration of tho Prohibition Party what. 1 consider would be a much better way of receiving signatures to their petition. It would be to delegate several of their members to pass the petition and pencil along the seats quietly ivhilo the various speakers are addressing tho meetings, as I consider they are losing thousands of votes.
