A PATHETIC APPEAL
I f OR STARVING AND PERSECUTED MONTENEGRINS. (Rec. September 10, 7.15 p.m.) London, September 9. The Montenegrin authorities have issued a pathetic anpeal on - behalf of their fellow-countrymen, who, are thi'entoned with extinction., famiiie, and flnemy persecution. The' country is denuded of foodstuffs, and the enemy is ruthless in his treatment of the Montenegrins, not sparing women, and children.
