MILITARY SERVICE BOARD
■ YESTERDAY'S APPEALS. The Second Wellington Military Ser rice Board sat yesterday. Indefinite leave is to bo recommend 3d for E. M. B. Revill, soldier, Tau aerenikau. Sergeant A. Edwards, Trenthani, anc Corporal J. Carter are both to be recom mended for six months' leave. Non-combatant service is to be re sommended for Howard E. Salisbury Farmer, Lower Hutt. An appeal by Frank E. Hunt, cabinetmaker, Kilbirnio, was dismissed. Adjournments till December wen made in the cases of Sydney Smith boot clicker, Brooklyn; 11. G. Camniesh Rsherinan, Island Bay; and P. Baird Smith, motor driver. The following cases were adjournec till January:—W. J. Kitohing, ware houseman, Hateitai; 0. E. Also'p, far mer, Taita. An appeal by J. G. Noivton, shoi Rssistant, Miramar, was allowed as the reservist is over age. \V. D. Hickling oil storeman, Island Cay, was alsc Found to he over age. Leave till January was given Cbarlei Patterson, gardener, Island Bay, anc Phomas H. C. Bedford, traveller, Khan' fellah. An appeal by M. E.
