A circular is to be sent to all affiliated organisations, inviting nominations for a candidate to contest tho seat in the interests df Labour. In the ever.it of there being inoro than one nomination, n selection ballot will tako place. Mr. Cornwall will bo the returning officer, and Mr. M'Keen and Mr. Stickney scrutineers.
