CONGRATULATIONS FOR OUR BOYS. At tile meeting of the City Council last evening the Mayor referred to the great victories secured by the Allies on the West front, and said that wo should all feel profoundly gratified at the great wor'.i that lwd been accomplished, and suggested that a cable message should be sent to the Neiv Zealand Forces in France congratulating tliem on their fine work in connection with the Allied offensive.
